SERFI - STAGES OF DEVELOPMENT

The society "international SERFI - society of study, realization and industrial supplies has been created in 1999 to answer the needs of numerous enterprises in to know how to make and in high technicality. While starting his/her/its activities with the repairs and the general revisions of the units of production of the Algerian enterprises and showing proof of a high qualification, quality of the benefits and evidence as partner, SERFI signed multi-year contracts of technical support to the exploitation and the maintenance of the static and dynamic facilities.

The same year, in the setting of the development and the diversification of his/her/its activities, SERFI took the market of the construction of a factory of nitrogen generation in the industrial zone of Skikda for the MESSER-Algeria society and achieved the project with a high performance, while respecting the contractual delays.

The five following years (2000-2005) have been marked by the intensive ulterior development of the society. Thanks to the setting up of the system of quality control and to the persistent efforts in view of the increase of the level of qualification of the staff, SERFI could take an important place in the specific domain of the maintenance and the rehabilitation of the rotating machines, very important sector in the industries petrochemical and energizing. Among the customers of the society appeared to the most important public corporations: ASMIDAL (complex steel-making) (production of the industrial gases) (production and enrichment of the phosphates) (production and transformation of oil and gas) (production of ammonia), SONATRACH, FERPHOS, ENGI, ARCELORMITTAL.

During this period, SERFI achieved a number of projects as: installation of two facilities of dépollution of the nitric acid (FERTIAL, 2001, 2002) units, installation of the facilities and the technological tubings of a factory of separation of the air (LINDE-Hassi Messaoud, 2002) gases, installation and bet in service of two shops of insulation tricouche of the tubes (ALTUMET-Réghaia). The year 2005 presents itself like a new stage in the development of the society. The widening of the activities, the increase of the wallet of the orders, the necessity to bet the new gaps of activity and the new geographical zones asked for the creation of an Algerian right subsidiary. The apparition in 2005 some society SERFI AL encouraged the realization in Algeria of the maintenance benefits, of big "key works in hands" and the multi-year markets of technical support giving us the possibility to use the local .uvre hand more extensively and to our Customers - to do the financial transactions in local currency.

In 2005-2007 SERFI achieved the project of construction of a factory of helium production in the industrial zone of Skikda. The extents of works. of the installation of the facilities and the technological tubings and until the aid bets some in service. have been executed with a high level of organization, quality and qualification. In 2006 SERFI widened his/her/its activities on the international field having participated to the construction of a complex of production of tubes of different diameters in the industrial zone of Mahshar (Iran).

The years 2006-2007 have been marked by a considerable intensification of cooperation with the ARCELORMITTAL society. Besides the contracts long-term of technical support to the exploitation and the maintenance of the units, SERFI does a big part of the repairing programmed, among which one will be able to mention the replacement of the bigmouth of the high furnace n°2. In 2007-2009 SERFI accomplished with success the works of installation of the complex of liquefaction of the natural gas for the account of the leader of the Rumanian industry - the ROMPETROL society. The perfection of the management, the funding of assets, the technico-scientific integration permitted an use efficient of the available resources and the setting in application of a vast program of growth and productive development. In 2008-2009 SERFI increased considerably the park of the contraptions of transportation and handling by the acquirement, among others contraptions, of five cranes TEREX DEMAG of latest modification and the capacities of 60T to 200T. (TC40, AC60, AC140, AC160, AC200). In 2009 SERFI achieves the replacement works (Mr. of the work. SONATRACH, supplier. MAN FERROSTAAL-Germany) of the intersections and the condensers of water of sea (37 devices in total) of six trains of liquefaction of the complex GL1Z.

Today we can say that in ten years of activities, SERFI became an enterprise of international span mastering the modern procedures of installation and maintenance and propertied the sophisticated material means and the qualified oeuvre hand.

SERFI possesses a vast experience and a high level of qualification in such domains of economic activity that the construction of new industrial works, renovation and rehabilitation of the production units and facilities, increase and modification of the production capacities, being thus one of the first subcontractors of the petrochemical and steel-making enterprises.
